Does anybody know where I can find the Levels for Weather. It's what the Police & City use for this kind of weather. I know Allen County is under a level 2 emergency. Thanxs for any help.

There is no "standard" -- you might try the county's website as I'm sure it is detailed there if nobody here chimes in.

Like rdale said... each location (county/city) has their own "Levels". In Franklin County we are under a Level 2 which means the only people allowed on the roads are those responding to an emergency. I got to go out and play a little while ago... Our dept. was toned for a tree and electrical lines down and blocking the road. When we got there it was only a phone line, and the tree was quickly cut up and removed from the road. I believe State and Federal roads/highways are exempt from being closed by local officials.

Allen County Levels:

Level I: All motorists are asked to stay off roadways unless absolutely necessary.

Level II: Only emergency travel is allowed. Drivers may be ticketed and vehicles may be towed if on the roads. County Government offices are closed.

Level III: All travel is prohibited except for authorized vehicles. County government offices are closed.

I believe these are use in much of the State, but are confirmed for Allen County. Fort Wayne also has some info on their website
