Web Site Down?

Has anyone had trouble logging onto "Michigan Trunking/Les Butler"?
I get a message stating ...566 Response HTTP Version Unsupported.
This web page could not be opened with the specified browser HTTP version.
Contact owner of web page for more information.

It just started on friday. I have not had problems in the past.
