I've heard a variety of these also. I think it is their way of qualifying their non-medically qualified opinion, "I'm no doctor, but..."

Yep I know I’ve said obvious echo several times when it’s very clear there was no hope. Glad I retired from that last year.

Plus all of the emergency medical professionals have an app on their phone - not to mention the computers which have all the call details,

There is a lot of information we used to get from the on air broadcasts and now we are left to speculate.

I was not in the fire service but I worked very close with them on many occasions.
