Webservice

I don't know if this is the right place for this, I did search for "webservice" first so here goes:

When I load the butel webservice/csv program I log in just fine but get nothing in the drop downs. I tried going to http://www.radioreference.com/apps/xml/ in my browser and after logging in get a black page.

Am I doing something wrong?

OK, here's a follow up. I noticed the butel software changed the URL after logging in so I tried the new URL:

http://www.radioreference.com/apps/xml/sl=1

This produced an XML list of US states! Since I'm in Canada I tried sl=2 and got Canadian Provinces.

I guess this is a BUTEL problem so I'm going to post this message in their thread.
