Anyone else experiencing the RR database crashing when looking at the MPSCS web site? Happens on iPhone and sometimes computer browser. I’m looking for a solution.

No issues here. Does it happen on your phone if you're not on WiFi? Thinking it's something to do with your ISP or your DNS servers.

Happens on WiFi and cellular. It began when RR website was upgraded earlier this year. Almost like the page tries to load but is too large and crashes with the error code I attached.
Totally sucks. I can look at any other system in the database fine. Just MPSCS crashes.

Try rotating your phone horizontal. I have an iPhone 12 and it works fine when it’s rotated horizontal but crashes when it’s rotated vertical.

I've tested it on a 6S, 7, 7+, X, and SE Gen 2 with the same result. There might be something on the page that's too large or not formatted for mobile correctly that's causing that to happen.

I am getting a lot of page errors lately on various sites using Win10 AND Firefox. could it be due to the time change?

Yes. Having problems loading it with Android phone. Win 10 desktop loads it no problem.

I've noticed this as well with an iPhone 14 Pro Max. I don't think it's the iPhone. Something in the detection on the website for the format needed to service the user's connected device. There's no issue with the phone help in landscape. The problem occurs when the phone is in portrait position.

This did not occur previous to the current website design.

I agree. The old version of the website was flawless with iPhone. This has only happened since the new version was rolled out.

Every once in a while I'll get a failed load page for the MPSCS database on my macbook pro on chrome. Moreso on the phone (unless in landscape which is kind of annoying).
