I was hooking up my 396t to the computer control cable today when i noticed something weird! Wtih all quick keys off and CC off, <not scanning anything at all> when i put it near my computer it starts picking up some audio. Sounds like a tv station? I live in an apt, maybe its a cable tv leak? Anyone ever experienced this?

So cc is off? They are capable of doing plenty of other things such as giving false readouts or display still scanning while stopped on a conversation they still have a few bugs running around in them. Some bugs have been stomped out with new firmware updates but only to get a whole new breed of bugs not known or figured out yet.
