weird 95 problem

my batteries needed to be recharged, so I pulled out the yellow pack
and batteries and plugged the 95 into the a/c adapter and it turns on
and says all channels locked out. I am going to look at the pdf manual
file on line and see what I need to do. in case i can't figure it out I
need some help... thanks in advance. also it does scan in search mode and picks up fine that way, and in scan it has changed all the freq's to 4197. something

so does that mean it erased all my freq's and changed them to that 4197.
Do I need to reset or initialize the scanner erase and start all over. this will really suck

You REALLY need Win 95 software. I was always too cheap for a while to buy the cable, but it was well worth the price, and Win 95 is free.
