The Colorado State Patrol, Weld County Sheriff’s Office and rescue officials from the Platteville Fire Department are on the scene of a two vehicle traffic accident at Colo. 66 and Weld County Road 21, about two miles west of Platteville.
Reports indicate a woman is trapped in one of the vehicles and the helicopter from North Colorado Medical Center has been called to the scene.
Traffic is backing up on the highway.
