Subject: Fatal crash on Weld County Rd. 55.
On April 19, 2008 at 11:35 PM a black 2001 Dodge Durango traveling southbound on WCR 55 skidded off the right side of the road, collided with a fence and rolled one full time ejecting the unrestrained driver. The crash site is 500 ft. south of WCR 72.
This crash is still under investigation, the driver and only occupant of the vehicle has not been identified. Alcohol is suspected as a contributing factor.
