i am currently programing a scanner for my neighbor who is a Fireman at one of the stations in Weld County. Each station has a different talkgroup listed as fire dispatch, but the database also lists a "fire dispatch" talk group. My question is do I need to program each individual talk group for each station or just the general "fire dispatch " talk group? Many thanks for any thoughts about the question.

There are two fire dispatch talkgroups:
1907 - Weld County Fire Dispatch (Non-Greeley Fire Departments)
9001 - Greeley Fire Dispatch

After this, each fire department has a specific fireground assigned to their department.
1908 Fireground 2 Greeley
1909 Fireground 3 Eaton
1910 Fireground 4 Windsor
1911 Fireground 5 Ault/Pierce
1921 Fireground 6 Evans
1922 Fireground 7 Nunn
1923 Fireground 8 Frederick/Firestone
1924 Fireground 9 Hudson
1925 Fireground 10 Ft Lupton
1919 Fireground 11 La Salle
1920 Fireground 12 Mountain View
1956 Fireground 13 Platteville
1957 Fireground 14 Southeast Weld
1958 Fireground 15 Platte Valley
1941 Fireground 16 Milliken
1942 Fireground 17 Johnstown
1943 Fireground 18 Galeton
1955 Fireground 19 Briggsdale
1933 Fireground 20 Pawnee
1937 Fireground 21 New Raymer

You only require one dispatch talkgroup and one fireground talkgroup under most circumstances.
