Does anyone have a rundown on the unit numbers for city and county law enforcement agencies in Weld County?

If I remember right, they just use their town name before their number. i.e Windsor 957 and county units just go by Weld XXX. I don't think that their number(s) mean anything specific, but I could be way off, I don't really listen to Weld that often. Hope that helps a little....

Some of the numerics are a carry over of the number system prior to the agency city name and number system implemented some years ago. No decoder ring needed for telling who's who.

CT callsigns are contract deputies for towns without a police department. The most recent being CT400 for the town of Gilcrest which used to have a PD until everyone quit.

"Sam Victor 1" is the Saint Vrain power station.
