Unknown details. But MANY units(sounds like fire and pd) checking in a either Mac 5, 6, 7. Just a heads up THIS IS ONLY A DRILL.

Not exactly, but I switched over to Mac-7 when they were doing it and it was just a mass roll call, so I'm thinking they were performing the drill in the event that they needed every available unit on one channel.

At first, I thought it was the fire department conducting a PAR (accounting of all personel) after a fire call.
