Was at cr 73 and a cross that I didn't hear. Right after I posted, they lifted the perimeter. Didn't sound too important. It was on wintag 6.

About what time did you hear this, I think what you are taking about is the railroad track incident in Keensburg, they were operating on Wintag 6 for most of the day.

They lifted just after 2200. I had turned the scanner on about 2145.
