Welfare check on 467.8125 (203.5 PL)???

I just happened to catch a short transmission on 467.8125 w/ 203.5 PL. It sounds like a dispatcher and all he says is, "Welfare check, Spen 7". That reminded me of Spencer PD but this was heard from the I-40 & Meridian area. Maybe give a listen and see what that turns out to be. Very strange. I've attached a zip w/ the MP3 recording.

Could be the Armored Cars, or...depending on your scanner an IMAGE.

Any Local Public Safety Agencies use 203.5 Hz??

Here in New England where T-Band is allowed, some of my Scanners get 470-473 Mhz/482-484 images in the 467 Band.

could also mean welfare check is in the mail and all the freeloaders are gonna be drunk and high this weekend? just sayin.
