I will soon be installing my Wellbrook Loop antenna. I am going to mount it on a TV antenna rotor however the flange and the short pipe they sent with it is too small in diameter to clamp it into the rotor. I'll probably need a 1-1/4" - 1-1/2" diameter short pipe to attach it to so it can be clamped in the rotor.
My problem is the flange. I found that it uses an M20X1.5 thread. The pipe screws into the flange about 20mm.
What I would like to have is a M20X1.5, 20mm long male thread to a 1-1/4" NPT female thread adapter, one made of aluminum or stainless steel. That doesn't seem to exists. My second option is an M20 to 1/2" NPT adapter $5.10. (
Metric 20 to 1/2" NPT Adapter - RAM-20M50F | ElecDirect ) however that doesn't help me much with the pipe size. I haven't found a 1/2" NPT to 1-1/4" female adapter.
I also found a M20 to 3/4" NPT adapter $34.57 (
737DM2T25 - Appleton - Threaded Adapters | Galco Industrial Electronics ) which is a little bigger, and a lot more expensive but again I haven't found a 3/4" to 1-1/4" adapter.
There seems to be a plastic PVC 1-1/4" to 1/2" adapter (
ADAPTER PIPE TO PIPE 1 1/4"FEMALE TO 1/2"MALE ) I cannot find something like that in aluminum or stainless steel.
Does anyone know where or if I can find something like that in metal? Or some other adapter option?
Thanks!
