Wells Communications DMR

I have been re-examing the TRBO Cap+ system licensed to Wells Communications as the original info I submitted a while back seems not to be accurate any more. Here are my current results. Some of this might be DB-ready, but not all.

All sites now use Network ID 1.

Site 1 Helderberg Mountain CC=5 NL: none
1/2 463.850 (might be off air - no activity monitored lately)
3/4 462.450
5/6 461.500
Used for 2-digit talkgroup IDs.

Site 1 Helderberg Mountain CC=7 NL: 2, 3, 4 RAS

3/4 451.9625 (sometimes shows up as 5/6)*
Used for 3-digit talkgroup IDs.

* I have set up disambiguation by color code in my DSDPlus files, so hopefully I can resolve this.

Averill Park has 6 CAP+ sites, apparently not trunked. Assessment of continued use of the Wells site and any details on AP's channels are waiting for the school year to start.
