Wellsville Police Tac Channels

I am doing some clean up of the RRDB for Allegany County. Some Wellsville Police Frequencies that were submitted back in 2016 are questionable since there is no record of an FCC license. 158.835/167.9PL may be a legitimate use under the FCC Rule exception that allows Police to use frequencies designated for Police use, that are not on their license, for portable radios for Tac use. The other frequencies are Business and would not be authorized for unlicensed police use. In some cases the frequency is licensed for LTR or NXDN Trunking in addition to general Business use.

Of concern for programming these frequencies in a scanner, since they are CSQ and there are multiple Business users on the channel, monitoring will just hear a lot of business talk, or in some cases, digital or analog trunking. So, I see no purpose including them in the RRDB unless current Police use is confirmed.

Can anyone confirm that any or all of these frequencies are currently used by the Wellsville Police?
