Yes, the later one you designated is the "River System", also Will Co is building a new 911 dispatch center next to the old one and a new P25 trunk system....Don't know what the outcome will be with the River System....

This is messed up. There isn't enough money to move anyone except EMA from the aging EDACS system (which they also still use) to the River P25 but there's plenty of funds to build yet another new system.
Two new licenses, one Feb and one March 2017, WQYX975 and WQYY476, 800MHz, some locations are currently being used, some new, emissions designators for P25 (looks like Phase 1) voice and data and mixed.
With the coverage that should result I can only imagine they'll roll the River system into this new one. But then we have to keep budgets as high as possible don't we?
And by the way, Lockport-Crest Hill WESCOM dispatch is live on SC21. Seems dispatch is on SC21 patched to River system while patrol units are the reverse.
The Wescom FD "toneout robotic voice does not seem to be on 155.355 anymore but on the Starcom TG and is so bassey you can hardly understand it.....
