West Hartford Control Ch

Yesterday I was in West Hartford I tried to listen to the system in control ch mode. My programing had worked many times in the past. The radio would not lock on the cc. I searched the other frequencies and it seems they were operating on 868.2875. This is not listed as a CC. Does anyone know if they switched or was the main ch down for maintenance? Either way maybe 868.2875 should be listed as an alternate CC.

There are 4 control channels for that system.
Older Motorola systems would have up to 4 CC's and could be set to rotate them at set intervals. WH is every night at midnight or 1am I believe. This was to make the use even on the transmitters. Newer transmitters are better at 24/7 operation so there is a main CC and an alternate w/ no rotation. If I recall, the CCs were the highest 4 frequencies in the system. I always enter in every frequency so I never worry about CC only.
