feed is down more than when it is up and although it has been difficult to hear due to low volume, there is no problem hearing open mikes by the administrators, to include their conversations, dogs barking and them yelling at their children. Very disappointed in the service or lack thereof.

Since providers volunteer to put up the feeds and use their own equipment that they pay for out of pocket, its a you get what you get system
You can nicely send them a message asking for some changes or you can get all the equipment needed and put up your own feed.

Welcome to the forums. Starting a thread and venting about a particular feed won't get you anywhere here. Best course of action as suggested by the poster above me is to contact the broadcaster & explain to them the problems their feed is presenting. Based on your description it sounds to me like they may be inadvertently passing microphone audio through as opposed to the audio input from their scanner & only that input alone. They may not be aware of this if no one called it to their attention
Maybe Mike is trying his hardest.
