Noticed a bunch of new TGs in the WMFR range appear recently. After doing some extensive logging & recording it appears that each WMFR station has a talkgroup. I often see these get patched with their main dispatch channels when airing calls.

Here is what I have submitted to the database:

37870 | West Metro Fire: All Call?
37871 | West Metro Fire: Station-01
37872 | West Metro Fire: Station-02
37873 | West Metro Fire: Station-03
37874 | West Metro Fire: Station-04
37875 | West Metro Fire: Station-05
37876 | West Metro Fire: Station-06
37877 | West Metro Fire: Station-07
37878 | West Metro Fire: Station-08
37879 | West Metro Fire: Station-09
37880 | West Metro Fire: Station-10
37881 | West Metro Fire: Station-11
37882 | West Metro Fire: Station-12
37883 | West Metro Fire: Station-13
37884 | West Metro Fire: Station-14
37885 | West Metro Fire: Station-15

I also think Wheat Ridge Fire might have their own station talkgroups as well. I noticed the following talkgroups were patched earlier:
37106 | Unknown
37107 | Wheat Ridge Fire - Automated Dispatch (this may be a station TG)

Come to think of it, I bet some of these are individual station talkgroups for Wheat Ridge Fire

37102
37103 | Never Logged
37104
37105
37106
37107 | Currently listed as "Wheat Ridge Fire Department - Automated Dispatches (Locution) "
37108

Per the apparatus page on 5280fire.com WRFD has three stations: Station 71, 72, & 73. Now it's just a matter of figuring out the TG for each station.

West Metro also dispatches Fairmount Fire so there is most likely one for station 31, 32, & 33 as well (thanks for pointing this out Rick).

From what little that has been collected or heard on these TGs so far, these TG assignments seem likely but need confirmed by more activity while matching up the patches when dispatched:

37102 | Fairmount Fire: Station-31
37103 | Fairmount Fire: Station-32
37104 | Fairmount Fire: Station-33

37105 | WRFD: Station-71
37106 | WRFD: Station-72
37107 | WRFD: Station-73

37108 | ??????

Tower-72 has been dispatched on 37106 but have not heard any others on that TG.

I just took a look through about a dozen patch logs and I'm wondering if the West Metro talkgroups are some type of fallback for if their primary means of station alerting were to fail and for station specific calling. I don't think I've seen anything in the patch logs reflecting 37870 - 37885 being patched together and the voice grants seems to be fairly uncommon. It does look like there is a dedicated station radio for each of these TGs.

As for 37102-37104, they may not be used for anything and might have been early programming errors. The last activity for 37102 is April 2013 and the last activity for 37104 is August 2014.

37105, 37106, and 37107 all appear to be patched together fairly often, so Wheat Ridge might be using this for a primary method of alerting. It would also appear that it would be very rare to hear voice activity on any of these individual TGs without a patch following radio. Voice grants for these individual TGs when not patched are extremely rare.
