probably adp. easy to implement on motorola units and locks out scanner listeners.Yes ems is dispatched by the Pd and therefore are encrypted. The od thing is I noticed the officers are still using their old radios which are xts1500 and 2500 so I think they just reprogrammed them to p25 mode and unfortunately encrypted. I’m just curious what type of encryption algorithm they’re using. The ems guys and gals are using apx portables I believe.
