These are the lowband channels for Allegheny Power , western pa trucks. All their base sites in evening and nights are wireline controlled out of fairmont, wv Got these out of one of their radios a while back. Im in jeanette area so i monitor 48.040

The first column is the primary channel, 2nd column is the secondary channel for each area. they have some licenses for uhf channels but never heard anything. all their trucks around here have lowband antennas.
