This is probably a long shot but... anyone know anything about West Siloam Springs PD's new radio system?
It's obviously digital. FCC ULS has the emissions as 11K2F3E, 7K06FXD, 7K06FXE. I think the last two may be typos as 7K60FXD, E are MotoTrbo. I don't have a scanner that will monitor MotoTrbo but do have a DMR (MotoTrbo) ham radio ht that I've tried to program to listen but to no avail. I've listened to all color codes on slots 1 and 2 on 460.550. Wondering if I've overlooked something or perhaps it's encrypted or maybe not even MotoTrbo?

Use a rtl-sdr dongle and HDSDR or GQRX (Linux) and DSDplus or DSD1.7(Linux with mbelib and itpp libraries).
RTL-SDR is cheap ($20-$40 usd) but does well at 460MHZ and 850MHZ.

Thanks for the suggestion. Finally got around to doing this and DSD+ shows CC14, TG 100 on TS1. Frequency still 460.55 / 465.55. Have submitted to RR for update...
