Picking up dispatch channels ok, NCD 3A DISP , CFA 10A Disp but not the CMD or TAC's ? I'm in Temecula is it because of the distance ?

No, if you can receive the Dispatch talkgroups, you will be able to receive the tacs. What scanner are you using?

Go into the Menu and check the Service Types. Make sure you have Fire Tac and Fire Talk turned on.

Shipping a scanner from the factory with such a configuration is like shipping a cell phone with charging and 4G disabled from the factory in settings.
