West Virginia Interoperable Radio Project -- 2011

Five and a half years ago, I started a thread on what was then West Virginia's upcoming interoperable radio project. Now known as the WVIRP, this UHF P25 trunked radio system provides intra- and inter-department communications to public safety agencies statewide. Since then, that thread grew to more than 2,000 entries, so the community decided that a second thread was needed.
