Westchester Co. 46.22

Who generally broadcasts on this frequency? I had been monitoring some activity in the 400 range of the county fire trunking system and there were periodic transmissions on 46.22.

Are you sure it was 46.22. Westchester uses 46.26. If it was 46.22 it could be comming from CT, NJ or Upstate NY somewhere. Sometime those VHF-Lo signals travel pretty far.

46.22 for sure which is what caught my eye. Next time I'll have to catch the apparatus numbers to figure out if it was Katonah as mentioned above or elsewhere.

Westport CT used to utilize that frequency.

Katonah is rebroadcasting 60-Fire-16 on 46.22 CSQ.
