Westchester Co. Trunked System- HELP!

Hi all, I've got a BC785D w/ARC250 basic. I've seemed to have properly programmed this system into the radio. I'm hearing the BeeLine buses. No ID's are displaying when a unit keys up. I know there's info for the Fire/EMS talkgroups, which I have thru RR; Is there a way to put this info into the radio using ARC or otherwise?
Also, Im in Dutchess, and I would like to put the local EDACS system in also, using the downloaded RR info- is this easy? And what exactly is the procedure?
