While monitoring the WCPD "Head Quarters" channel F1/2, I frequently hear the dispatcher refer to "County Wide" channel. Is this their F3 or a new channel.

It's the Hotline channel which cannot be monitored with any scanners. It falls under the RTC (real Time Crime) Agencies in Westchester, Putnam and the 47, 52 pct in the bronx have it, not sure who else.

I would say so. F3 is analog and used county-wide but most activity is F1/2 digital.
GTR8000-What do you dislike?? RTC used to also broadcast on F.3 but usually it is used every Sunday for the MARS test with the hotline.
I have lived in Westchester County, NY since 1957.
Have a good weekend.

Isn't that what they are using Zello for?
