Westchester Med. Ctr. has switched to a Capacity system WPPU255
451.8250 color code 1 primary control channel with no site ID , LCN 1
461.1000 color code 1 secondary control channel LCN 2
464.2625 color code 1 likely LCN 4
451.8750 unknown color code, connected to system but little traffic
461.3875 unknown color code, connected to system but little traffic

4-unknown
7-Security
8-HVAC
11-Pharmacy
12-HVAC
13-Alarm techs
15-E.R.
more monitoring is needed to confirm everything on this relatively low power system

FYI, Capacity Plus systems do not have control channels (continuous carrier), they have rest channels. If you are hearing a continuous control channel, then it would not be a Capacity Plus system.

Appears to be Connect Plus. Hearing the typical Control Channel data rolling on the above provided CC frequencies.

It could also be a Tier III system, which like Con+ also has a control channel. Someone needs to confirm with DSD+ or one of the newer Uniden scanners that can distinguish between Con+ and TIII DMR.

Very few new Connect Plus systems coming online as Moto has not sold a new one in a while. Additionally, Moto just stopped selling new Connect Plus site controllers. This makes it very difficult to bring up new systems and sites. TT

I saw a security officer from over there carrying a 7550e a few weeks ago.
