On the Westchester County TRS page, there are two rows of data (Base, Step & Channel) for the South Zone, however only one row of South Zone frequencies is shown. Can someone explain why two sets of base, step & channel data are shown and which should be used for monitoring the system?

When you program the South Zone into your scanner, you MUST use a multi-table, because both 470 frequencies and 476 frequencies are used in the south. The North Zone only uses 470 frequencies, therefore only needs one table.
Bottom line, on the South Zone, BOTH sets of base settings must be used.

Considering that 2 sets of data have to be entered for the south system, am I correct in assuming that a Pro 96 will not track this system?

It absolutely will...I used software to program mine. Read the manual and it will tell you how to enter multiple settings...I forget off the top of my head. If you have Don Starr's Win 96, PM me your email and I can send you a ready made file.
