Westcom ISICS site NAC change

I doubt this will apply to many users here but...

The Westcom simulcast site recently changed its NAC from 4C0 to 4C2 a few days ago. This probably won't impact any scanner users, but might indicate other changes to come. So far that seems to be all they changed.

Last couple of days a lot of radio testing happening on 48883

The talkgroups appear to be for Des Moines puiblic safety, so likely doing compliance testing for coverage in the metro. No sites on the east side so I will be curious to see how that does.
