Westerly police use to use 156.210 as there operations freq but now I heard that they change to a 800 freq. Did they and if so does the freq work and waht are the talk groups cause on the capecod site that i was looking at it had question marks listed next to the ids.

Yes, Westerly PD is now on the RI State P25 system.
The Talkgroups are on this RR site!
The Dispatch TG is 1050. Worked when i was up there last month.
