Heard today via skip in Ireland 37.360 low band, tone of 110.9 used - talk about prisoner transfers -
At one point an ID of "Western Command" was used - is this likely to be - Western Illinois Correctional Center in Brown County?

Any help would be great.

Used to hear many of these years ago when propagation allowed, first one heard here this solar cycle.

Low band statewide IL Dept of Corrections. Also almost any of the state prisons or facilities ca use it.

If you hear East Moline or K14 its here in the Quad-Cities. They have two farms where they transport prisoners to from the main location.
