Western Kentucky Area - County Highway Departments' Frequencies

Working up a scanner programming file for a friend in the western Kentucky area.

Anyone have frequency information for county highway departments in:
- Carlisle County
- Hickman County
- Lyon County

I seem to recall Lyon County might (?) have been on a VHF (?) business band frequency at one time, but that would have been several years ago.
