Western MD scanner programming ???

Hey everyone,
I was hoping someone would be able to help me with this. I am a volunteer with Howard and Frederick County Fire Departments and have a PRO-106 Scanner to listen to calls when I am not in the station, I noticed when I went to Frederick Counties page on RR it said they were rebanding the system. If I am using programming software will I be able to just pull the data off the website and be able to hear them or will I have to do something special due to the Rebanding. Thanks I really appreciate it,

P.S I tend to have Howard County, Carroll County, Frederick County and Also the Mutual Aid frequency all Scanning so That I can hear if My howard county station is going to be needed on a call in another county and vice versa

If you use one of the 3 packages (ARC500, PSREdit500 or Win500), since you are a premium subscriber, you will be able to re-download the system, and the needed tables will be set up for you.
