Western North Carolina Win96 Files for PRO-96

I am looking for PRO-96 files (WIN96 format) for western North Carolina for the Asheville-Hendersonville area, including conventional and trunk services. Also, is Viper up and running on this end of the state yet? ... anybody heard it yet? Any help would be appreciated.
