Western Oklahoma & Vance AFB?

I am looking for anyone who has the ability to monitor Vance Air Force Base and parts of Custer County Oklahoma. I am hoping to get feedback on some frequencies that may need to be updated in the Radio Reference database.

I have been using a PRO-107 and a cheap RadioShack discone antenna for the past few months out in Western Oklahoma.

1) The frequency for Clinton EMS in Custer County is listed as 155.19 with a PL tone of 123.0 (I am now picking up the Clinton EMS on 155.19 with a PL tone of 77.0) I was hoping someone else could help me verify this...

2) I am picking up a huge amount of air to air tactical traffic from what I believe is Vance Air Force Base on the frequency range between 138.0 through 144.0. Here are some of the frequencies I have noted in the past few weeks. I am hoping someone can help me verify some of these...

3) Is it possible that I am picking up some other base in the area?

(Note: I do not know any of the squadron designators, but I have heard the call sign "Jokers" a few times. I pick up most of this traffic in the morning and afternoon hours)

Vance has a ton of student training going on. T-1, T-6, and T-38. The MOAs to the north and east should be T-6s, and to the west should be T-1 and T-38. The northern MOA is where the majority of the T-6 training takes place. The VHF stuff is mostly plane to plane, such as formation and aerobatics. There are UHF freqs out there as well.
The joker you are hearing most likely refers to a particular fuel state of an aircraft. There are a bunch of callsigns Vance uses.

If you are also hearing live fire or bomb runs on a frequency, it's probably another range somewhere. The T-38s will do some of that stuff, but no actual drops or firing.

I have heard stuff on several of those frequencies here (just west of the DFW area). I was never able to hear callsigns or tell if they were from NASFWJRB, Sheppard, Dyess or someplace else. Some of the pilots have foreign accents and I know Sheppard trains pilots from other NATO countries.

are you sure you are not hearing the c17's or the kc-135's doing touch and goes at burns flat?

That could be, I pick up the Clinton-Sherman Tower as well.

I believe I am picking up more than one military base in the area. That would explain all the air traffic I am hearing.
