Western States Police and Fire Games

So starting this weekend, through June 26th is the Western States Police & Fire Games in San Diego. See link: http://www.wspfg2006.org/
It is being hosted by the San Diego Police Athletic Association. Does anybody know if they will be operating on any frequencies? They are competing all over San Diego, with the Town & Country Hotel as the head quarters, see http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR&aid=2443 for their frequencies.

Educated guesses?
Monitor SDPD Tac channels, City Security and/or Mutual Aid channels from RCS.
I would bet they either handle their own security needs.

The only security company I would think they would even consider would be O.D.O. out of Del Mar. I do not have any freq info on them.
