I received it as a standalone system, with a different SYS ID, but the Westmoreland County Airport EOC had the ability to talk on this system, and radio ID's match up with Westmoreland County ID's. It's hard to tell if it can be brought online as an ICORRS site if need be, or if it's strictly a different, standalone, system.

Strictly a standalone site... Unique system ID and only radios that have that system programmed into it. A Lot of folks program it into their radios on initial.

Could it ever be brought online on ICORRS? I can't imagine the Seward site has much use right now with there being an Indiana County site right there now. And since Seward is Site 1.3, could they just add this as a portable site as Site 1.3 (Since that's what it is now)?

It could be possible. This system is similar to the MARCS COW sites that has different sys id.

Talkgroups are TG1-TG5. Uses same radio ID as ICORRS
