Does anyone know what WMSO unit "51" does? I hear him day after day marking at an address saying what sounds like "Mark me out at "789 Somewhere St, No Checks." He's only there for 3-4 min and then he marks back in service. Then he does it again in just a few min. This goes on pretty much all day.

He's probably a Civil Process Deputy which handles eviction papers, warrant services, stuff of that nature, that's why you hear him saying no checks, they do it here in my county at the SO where i live

Thanks, Curtis. I'm kinda new to the "country" and never listened to a SO when I was back in Hampton.

The only thing I would say about your suggestion is that the entire county of Westmoreland is only 18000. This guy is very busy!
