I just have a quick question, I am getting a pager programmed tomorrow and I want to make sure I have the right info. Westwood FD is dispatched on 158.76 correct? or does Westwood PD dispatch them. Ems is also dispatched on this frequency? I don't have any A/B tones to program so it will just be to monitor..

While doesnt matter who dispatches the Volunteer fire department / EMS (its the Police desk) the channel is used by 5 other towns DPW's so if you get a pager to monitor you better get the tones or all you are gonna hear is - mostly - westwood DPW, they talk alot over everybody, and dont forget the other 6 towns that page FD/EMS without those tones will make you want to turn your non tone alert pager off

Thank you for the info, However, I do not have the A/B tones so it has to be open. I wanted to know who and what frequency they were dispatched on.

Westwood Police dispatches both FD and EMS on 158.76 pl 100.0. Hth, Chuck.
