WFM/FM? AOR AR2000 - Yupiteru MVT-7300

I have a AOR AR2000 which I use to listen to freq FM 165.43750, transmission is nice a loud on my scanner. I brought another scanner Yupiteru MVT-7300EU, when I key in the the above freq on FM on the Yupiteru I cant receive the transmission!!!! so I switched it to WFM, now I can hear it but the transmission is very low at full volume!!, plus on WFM I can only tune in 165.4250!!! Please could someone explain why I am unable to listen to the freq on FM on my new Yupiteru?
