What antenna is this?

This antenna came with a used radio I purchased recently. I have been trying to find out what kind of antenna it is, and what bands it covers, but I am unable to find any information on it. It has no markings or brand names on it at all. It has a UHF magnet mount with a length of coax that terminates in a BNC connector. Any information you can provide would be much appreciated.

That would be an AOR MA500 scanner antenna.
