I live in north ga. what are the state patrol freqs ? or are they on digital ??

Check the Atlanta database for GEWIN trunked (digital) system.

Also, 155.910 repeated analog output was the Metro Atlanta VHF dispatch.

Everywhere else......154.680 base <---> 154.800 mobile (full-duplex) analog.
