Is 56th and 5th avenue? Manhattan I suppose. I am guessing the now analog and non-encrypted freqs for that area will drastically change? along with lots of new ones coming online in the coming months.

Should be Midtown North. Pretty sure any communications regarding Trump Tower would go over Citywide 1 or 2 and not the division frequency.. they have enough to do

I doubt that any precient street cop transmissions will be encrypted. Secret Service and NYPD special details will, and as per other posts the citywide freqs do have the capability of P-25 encryption. More than likely SS and others will have new transmitters installed inside Trump Towers (nice high building) with inside and are-wide coverage.
