What Data Mode Is This?

Not on an amateur frequency, but on MURS, but maybe people here may be more familiar.

What is this data mode?

Perhaps it is gate and/or irrigation telemetry...

That could be a surveyor mapping/marking out a nearby properties' lines, It comes from the GPS sighting equipment that they set up to get accurate readings. I'd look for some wooden or wire property markers with color coded flags attached nearby.. Could be a property getting prepared to buy/sell, or a new pipeline could be in the works, or a road, new power line, You name it.. (Probably within a mile or less of your receiving location)
