When decoding pretty much any P25 or DMR system, even the strongest and cleanest signals, some of the console window messages routinely are tagged with ERRnn where nn has various values (1 to 21 in the sample I just looked at). At least 99% of these messages appear to be accurate anyway (i.e., they match known information from other non-ERR messages around them, RRDB, etc.). What exactly are these ERRnn tags indicating? Maybe that error correction was necessary? It seems that they are ignored when choosing what to put in the Channel Activity window, Event Log, etc..
