I'm thinking about getting a WS 1098 and getting it pre programmed with two counties . My question is , when they program an area, do they program all the agencies in that county ?

First - Don't get it pre-programmed.... folks here can assist you... and, generally, basic programming by county is extremely simple.

The programming will vary depending upon who is doing the programming for you.
