As posted above, I am just wondering what people here monitor on VHF Low Band 30-50 Mhz in Minnesota?

I just did an FCC search and my parameters were all active licenses in Minnesota from 30 to 50 MHz. There are only 89 licenses! Some of those are for the same organization. For example, Xcel Energy. That isn't very many at all. Keep in mind, that is ALL services. That includes business and government.

Anyway, if anybody here can verify if any of them are still in use, it might be interesting.

I find humor in listening to some of the Land Mobile licensees on low band. There is a road repair (think asphalt patching) place out of St Cloud area who is down in the cities often who are quite active. I would have to go look at some old posting to tell you the frequency. Bus service - Rehbein - in Circle Pines on 33.04 and 33.08 used to be very busy, now getting less use as they are migrating to a truncked system. Another bus service - Kottke - in Blaine is on 45 MHz too.
